The first IWMPRAISE National Cluster Forum meeting and second ExCom meeting were held on 11-12 October in Pisa (Italy) with the presence of the national cluster leaders, deputy leaders and IWMPRAISE project coordinator.

On the first day, the National Cluster Forum took place with the aim of sharing the experiences and progress made in the different work packages from the outset of the project, especially the work carried out during the first year trials.

On day two, the ExCom meeting focused on general issues, including administrative and financial aspects, forthcoming dissemination activities and progress of the overall project work plan.

This meeting constituted a great opportunity for partners from the different European countries to meet together and discuss the major issues regarding the achievement of common objectives, the consolidation of effective IWM strategies for each country and the transfer of knowledge of global interest.
