The tool sheets below come from an inventory of IWM tools made in Work Package 2 of the IWMPRAISE project. The sheets are made as one-pagers which give a short and concise description of each IWM tool or tactic. These tools may be combined and used to build a management strategy against weeds in different crops and rotations.
The tools have varying efficacy and readiness for use. In each tool sheet a number of ‘tractors’ () ranging from 1-5 are shown. One tractor indicates low readiness for use in practice, while five tractors indicate that the method can be fully implemented. A number from 1-5 ‘cereal ears or weed plants’ () show the estimated efficacy of the tool, One plant corresponds to low efficacy, and five plants indicate a high efficacy.
